Noob Training Camp

I think to maximize out activeness we need to recruit more people. But some nubs have poor KD's. I want to set up a camp to train those who have poor KD's to make them better WOA memebers. So far my recruits are:

IDK who keeps inviting people that have like 0.85k/d and under, even though it says on the message board on the clan tab that it says

Invite- 400K, 1k/d

Not me. I only did that for 2 cuz i hadnt read that yet. also one of them is an alt

I work on there flag skills and basically help them improve in each class from 1 on 1 games. I give them tips and such. I only invite nubs who have potential because I know how bad it feels to be great and have a poor KD. My main before it got reset had like a 1 mil score and a .8 KD, I was good and at every recent game I would get a KD higher than 1, but as you know its harder once you have for kills and deaths. So, I just wanted you guys to consider that. Or, I guess you could kick all the nubs.........
